What used to be three documents requirement is now more simplified with ONLY ONE (1) document needed for claiming. Get rid of the stress of sending a copy of OR/CR and Driver's License in critical times of claiming. Can you imagine the hassle you can do away with if you just need to submit your INCIDENT REPORT FORM (IRF) in case of claim? Not eight, not three, JUST ONE DOCUMENT! 

 

The VIP Fast Track Claims Service is open to all new and existing MAPFRE Insular Comprehensive car insurance policyholders.

 

How to Enroll

 

For Existing Policyholders:

 

Submit the following:

      a. Policy number of the comprehensive car insurance

      b. Valid Driver's License of the Nominated Driver

      c. Vehicle's OR/CR (if the vehicle is new, submit the vehicle's invoice

      d. Duly accomplished application form.

 

For New Policyholders:

 

Prior to the issuance of your policy, submit the following:

      a. Valid Driver's License of the Nominated Driver

      b. Vehicle's OR/CR (if the vehicle is new, submit the vehicle's invoice

      c. Duly accomplished application form.

 

By the time of claim, and everytime you will need to claim, you will just need to submit the duly accomplished INCIDENT REPORT FORM (IRF).

 

 

The Incident Report Form has been provided by MAPFRE Insular together with your motor policy. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN YOUR CAR AT ALL TIMES. When properly accomplished, this saves you the trouble of getting a police report and notarized affidavit.
